环氧地坪漆施工后需要判断其质量好坏，我们可以通过以下性能指标进行判断：1、附着力：附着力是指南京环氧地坪漆膜与被涂基材表面之间或涂层之间相互结合的能力，又称附着性。附着力是一项重要的技术指标，是漆膜具备一系列性能的前提。附着力好的漆膜经久耐用。附着力差的漆膜容易开裂、脱落，无法使用。

指地坪漆漆膜在外力拉伸的情况下，单位面上上不发生断裂或塑变所能承受的力。一般环氧砂浆地坪漆拉升强度要求不小于70Mpa。

6. Hardness

硬度是地坪漆漆膜抵抗诸如碰撞、压陷、擦划等机械力作用的能力。 漆膜硬度高，则其表面机械强度高，耐磨性好，能耐磕碰擦划等。但是，漆膜硬度并非越高越好，过硬的漆膜容易脆裂，影响附着力，抗冲击强度也低。

指地坪漆在外力下不弯曲折断单位面积所承受的力。环氧砂浆地坪漆一般要求不低于6Mpa。

8. Impact Resistance

指地坪漆在被体以较高的速度冲击时所能承受的力。一般要求1KG的物体从50cm高的物体下跌落，地坪漆漆膜无损。

9. Wear resistance

耐磨性表示地坪漆漆膜对摩擦作用的抵抗能力。 一般要求用重750G的物体，在失重的情况下，旋转摩擦500圈，地坪漆前后重量不超过0.02克。

10. Heat Resistance

地坪漆漆膜的耐热性是指漆膜抵抗热量的能力。耐热性差的漆膜遇热可能出现变色、失光、印痕、鼓泡、起皱、开裂等现象。
