环氧地坪漆也称为环氧树脂地坪漆，根据南京环氧地坪施工工艺的不同，可以分为环氧树脂平涂环氧地坪、环氧砂浆环氧地坪、环氧自流平地坪和环氧防静电自流平地坪等。对于环氧地坪漆刷几遍的问题，不同的工艺做法都是有所差别的，施工的遍数更是要根据地面情况来确定的。1、环氧树脂平涂地坪根据地面的好坏，环氧树脂平涂地坪可以做成3遍(1底2面)和5遍(1底2中2面)。

1. Epoxy resin flat-coated floor

Epoxy floor paint is also known as epoxy resin floor paint. According to the different construction technology of epoxy floor paint, it can be divided into epoxy resin floor, epoxy mortar floor, epoxy self-leveling floor and epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor. For the epoxy floor paint brush several times, different processes are different, the number of times of construction is to be determined according to the ground conditions.According to the quality of the ground, epoxy flat floor can be made 3 times (1 bottom 2 sides) and 5 times (1 bottom 2 sides).

①.表面处理：依表面状况做好打磨、修补、除尘工作。

④.环氧面漆二道：用环氧面漆滚涂二道，使地面防尘防水、耐磨耐腐蚀、易清洁.

(4) Epoxy top coat two ways: roll-coating two ways with epoxy top coat to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. 

2、环氧砂浆地坪和环氧自流平地坪

2. Epoxy mortar floor and epoxy self-leveling floor

环氧砂浆地坪和环氧自流平地坪一般都是做5遍(1底2中2面)，差别在于面漆的不同。

Epoxy mortar floor and epoxy self-leveling floor are generally made five times (1 bottom 2 sides 2 sides), the difference lies in the different topcoat.

①.表面处理：依表面状况做好打磨、修补、除尘工作。

Surface treatment: grinding, repairing and dust removal according to the surface condition.

②.高渗透底漆封底：用高渗透底漆封底涂一道，以强化基材表层和增强涂层间附着力根据基材密实程度和吸油量不同，应涂足够

③.环氧砂浆一道：使用光磊无溶剂型环氧中涂漆(5:1)按比例混合后加适量40~100目石英砂搅拌均匀，用批刀整体满刮1遍，待固化后，打磨批刀痕等缺陷处，并清理干净。

(3) Epoxy mortar: use the solvent-free epoxy paint (5:1) proportionally mixed with 40-100 mesh quartz sand to mix evenly, scrape the whole batch knife once, after curing, polish the batch knife marks and other defects, and clean up.

④.环氧腻子一道：用环氧腻子施工一道，打磨平整、清扫、吸尘。

(4) Epoxy putty: use epoxy putty to construct one, polish, clean and dust.

⑤.环氧面漆二道：环氧砂浆地坪用环氧面漆滚涂二道;环氧自流平地坪先用批刀将自流平面漆批刮一遍，然后用镘刀将自流平面漆镘平。

_. Epoxy topcoat two: epoxy mortar floor with epoxy topcoat roll-coating two; epoxy self-leveling floor with batch knife to scrape the self-leveling surface paint batch once, and then with a shovel knife to leveling the self-leveling surface paint batch.

3、环氧防静电自流平地坪

3. Epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor

环氧防静电自流平地坪在基础地面完好的情况下需要施工6道工序

The epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor needs six construction procedures when the foundation ground is intact.

①.基面处理：用无尘打磨机全面打磨车间地面，去除表面颗粒，杂质等，并清扫干净;

Base surface treatment: use dust-free grinder to completely polish the workshop floor, remove surface particles, impurities and so on, and clean up;

②.刷环氧封闭底漆：将按照比例调配好的环氧树脂底漆涂料用滚筒或专业刮刀进行滚涂或者刮涂，使材料均匀的涂抹在基础地面之上，形成全封闭环氧底漆;

(2) Brush epoxy sealing primer: Roll or scrape the epoxy resin primer paint prepared according to the proportion with roller or professional scraper, so that the material is evenly coated on the base floor, forming a fully enclosed epoxy primer;

③.铺设铜网层：将铜网以十字交叉的方式铺设在底漆之上，形成导电铜网层;

(3) Laying copper mesh layer: laying copper mesh on primer in a cross way to form conductive copper mesh layer;

④.导静电底漆：将导静电底漆材料搅拌均匀后，采用滚涂涂装

(4) Electrostatic conductive primer: After stirring the electrostatic conductive primer material evenly, roll coating is adopted.

⑤.导静电中涂：待导静电底漆固化后，用刮刀涂刷导静电中涂漆

_. Electrostatic conduction coating: After the electrostatic conduction primer solidifies, use a scraper to brush the electrostatic conduction coating.

⑥防静电面漆：使用镘刀均匀的刮涂环氧树脂防静电自流平面漆，使其达到光滑、靓丽、防尘、防静电地面。

_Anti-static topcoat: Use a shovel knife to scrape epoxy resin anti-static self-flow surface paint evenly to make it smooth, beautiful, dustproof, anti-static ground.
