环氧地坪漆颜填料主要是钛白粉、氧化铁红、石英粉等，它们的比重比较大，在储存一段时间后往往就会沉到油漆桶底部了。分散剂是将添加在南京环氧地坪漆内的颜料、填料润湿和分散，以保持颜料、填料在环氧地坪漆内的稳定性。分散剂的存在对环氧地坪漆非常重要，否在，环氧地坪漆材料在存储过程中就会发生沉淀，影响环氧地坪材料的正常使用。分散剂如何提高环氧地坪漆的稳定性：

链接涂料和填料粒子，提高涂料内各组分间的亲和力，降低涂料地体的表面张力，一方面能提高地坪漆在分散和储存过程中的稳定性，一方面还能改善地坪漆涂膜流平性的性能，并对浮色发光，色泽遮盖方面提高强化。

3、平衡外力。

外力一方面有空气气压，一方面有重力，会导致地坪漆内的各种粒子下沉，最终形成沉淀。而分散剂可以对细小粒子产生稳定作用

1、提升光泽,增加流平效果。即一定的平整度即可.

2、防止浮色发花.

3、提高着色力注意着色力在自动调色系统中并非越高越好.

6、增加贮藏稳定性其实原因和上相似,一旦分散剂稳定强度不够,反而贮藏稳定性变差。

7、增加展色性,增加颜色饱和度、增加透明度(有机颜料)或遮盖力(无机颜料).
