环氧地坪涂料来说,流平性是一个很重要的性能指标。假如环氧地坪涂料的流平性不好,则涂膜表面不均一,出现明显的刷痕,干燥过程中出现缩孔、针孔等弊病,损害其保护和美观性能。改善流平性通常通过改善流平剂降低环氧地坪涂料与基材之间的表面张力,使环氧地坪涂料与基材具有更好的润湿性,并在涂膜的表面形成单分子层,提供均一的表面张力,从而改善环氧地坪涂料的流平性能。常用的流平剂有三类:聚合物流平剂,有机硅类和氟碳化合物类。

For epoxy floor coatings, leveling is an important performance index. If the levelness of the epoxy floor coating is not good, the surface of the coating is not uniform, there are obvious brush marks, shrinkage, pinholes and other defects in the drying process, which damage its protection and aesthetic performance. Improvement of leveling usually reduces the surface tension between epoxy floor coating and base material by improving leveling agent, so that the epoxy floor coating and base material have better wettability, and form a monolayer on the surface of the film, providing uniform surface tension, thereby improving the leveling performance of epoxy floor coating. 不管是流动还是流平都是环氧地坪涂料的运动形式,都要受到环氧地坪涂料粘度的影响。地坪漆涂料流平性方面的黏度检测,根据流通的特性分为牛顿型流动和非牛顿型流动,检测方法很简单,就是将地坪漆以固定角度倒入流量杯内,如果流出时间在150秒以内,则为黏度符合常规地坪漆施工标准。地坪漆的黏度,技术上比较容易调整,如果黏度过高,可以适当加入一些溶剂进行调低;如果黏度过低、可以添加一些增稠剂进行提高。

构成涂膜形态不规整有两种原因,一是由涂装工具产生的痕跡,如刷痕取决于鬃毛刷的类型,刷痕的深浅不一。滚痕取决于滚涂机和绕线棒,滚涂或刮涂产生的凹凸的状态不等。涂膜的不规整度越大流平越困难。二是基材形状造成的,基材表面是粗糙的,要得到光滑平整的涂膜是比较困难的。找平的方法是刮胒子和厚涂底漆。遇到上述情况造成的表面流平问题,最好的办法是保持涂料的高表面张力,增强基材润湿铺展能力,保持涂膜最佳极限厚度,采用良溶剂稀释树脂,并控制其挥发速度及平衡。

The best way to solve the problem of surface leveling is to maintain the high surface tension of the coating, enhance the wetting and spreading ability of the base material, maintain the optimum limit thickness of the coating film, use good solvent to dilute the resin, and control its volatilization rate and balance.3、涂膜干燥时间对流平的影响

环氧地坪涂料的流平受粘度影响,粘度受溶剂影响。控制溶剂挥发速度,使环氧地坪涂料保持低粘度液态时间越长越有利于涂膜的流平,也就是说通过控制溶剂的挥发速度可获得适宜的流平性。对环氧地坪涂料而言,溶剂的溶解参数不同,溶解力亦不同。溶解力强的,涂料固含量高,粘度低,流平性好,涂膜丰滿度高。混合溶剂的溶解参数一定要与树脂匹配。混合溶剂多数是由真溶剂、稀释剂和助溶剂组成,在溶剂挥发时一定要控制挥发平衡,溶剂挥发到最后,真溶剂要占相对大的比例。这样可以保证涂膜在干燥过程中粘度不会发生突变,处于平衡增长的状态。对涂料的流动与流平是有一定控制作用的。

Strong solubility, high solid content, low viscosity, good leveling, high film fullness. The dissolution parameters of mixed solvents must be matched with resin. Mixed solvents are mostly composed of real solvents, diluents and cosolvents. The volatilization equilibrium must be controlled when the solvent evaporates. The real solvents account for a relatively large proportion of the volatilization to the end. This ensures that the film viscosity does not change abruptly during drying and is in a state of balanced growth. It can control the flow and leveling of coatings.
