一般环氧地坪漆对基面含水率的要求是不高于4%，如果混凝土基面含水率高，而且又湿潮可选择做泥找平层解决基础地面含水量高和潮湿的问题;(成本另计)

在含水率不是很高的情况下可做防潮层处理或者采用防水底漆做封闭材料，做好混凝土基础地面的干燥工作。

如在铺设混凝土基础层时没有做防潮层和防水层的情况下，可使用防潮类的环氧地坪漆施工，防水涂料封底，针对含水率不断升高的的地面，说明地下水游上渗的趋势，就需要做好彻底的防水封底。
